always recreate uptime kuma containers 
this will fix the problem when you change nginx configuration and containers are not reloaded

fix: nginx role should run before uptime-kuma role 
this is required because of configuration files should be present.

this playbook will install docker
then install uptime kuma using docker
and install and configure nginx with ssl
